Paulo Cruz is the current CEO of LandAfrique, an integrated real estate firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. LandAfrique develops opportunities for employment, education, healthcare, manufacturing, industrialisation, logistics, affordable housing, transport and mobility by doing business in smart, efficient and sustainably built masterplan infrastructures in Sub-Saharan Africa. Cruz is known for curating teams that have an outstanding track record of exceeding targets whilst maximising profit and efficiency.
Paulo Cruz brings over 24 years experience of commercial real estate and infrastructure experience to LandAfrique, working both in Europe and Africa. Previously, he led the Washington DC based Blackivy’s real estate endeavors in Ghana and has worked with NAI Global’s Sub-Saharan Africa office as their CEO. He has also managed BP’s real estate assets in Angola. He is currently based in Lagos, Nigeria.
